Jon Muruka is an Environmental graduate, founder, and owner of Ntaka Waste Management, headquartered in Vihiga County. His innovation of turning everyday household and industrial waste into briquettes won him 3rd place nationally in this year’s National Youth Council, FursaVsVirus Challenge.
GODAN Programme for Capacity Development (GP4CD) has not only been instrumental in funding 2 Udemy and 11+ Coursera courses that he completed towards building his capacity as an entrepreneur but also has been Ntaka Waste Management main consulting Firm.
As a result, Ntaka Waste Management has continued to experience exponential growth.
He is currently developing a Uber-like Waste Management portal that will help in not only sourcing materials needed for production in the circular economy but also provide cheap, clean, energy-efficient fuel to consumers anywhere.
